Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of sale for a refund of the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping costs or added fees. On the exchange of defective products American Four-Wheeler will only pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. American Four-Wheeler requires that the product not be damaged, missing components or any documentation and be in new resalable condition with pristine packaging. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed a 20% re-stocking charge. All returns must be authorized and assigned an RGA by American Four-Wheeler and sent postage prepaid. We suggest using a carrier that is traceable and that also provides insurance. American Four-Wheeler is not responsible for return shipping on any returns. American Four-Wheeler makes policy to not accept deliveries by DHL.
