• Outer Axle Shell Kit designed for the 2007+ Jeep JK Dana 44 front axle
• Designed to increase the strength of the Front Dana 44 Axle housing that is prone to bending when larger off road tires are installed and used off road.
• Laser cut from 3.0 x .250 1026 DOM Tubing
• Kit includes new Heavy Duty Lower Control Arm Mounts, Lower Shock Mounts and Track Bar Bracket
• The stock axle housing must have all the factory brackets cut off at the welds. The housing must be ground smooth before installation. The coil buckets and upper control arm mount will be re-used.
• Experienced welder required
• 3" Front bump Stop Spacers are required for use of the new weld on Track Bar Bracket (PPM-8009-01)
• Do not install on a bent housing
