Burritos anyone?  This is a great compact oven.  It can reach 300^o in less than 30 minutes, has a 1 quart capacity, and a handy utensil storage compartment.  We regularly drive down the trial with some burritos ready to go and when we come across some poor broken down soul, hook him/her up with a hot burrito!  If we happen to be that broken down soul, at least we don't go hungry...neither should you.
